Exchanges, Refund policy 

All products are downloadable items and are non-returnable items.
A link will be sent for download upon payment.

If you are unsure of the product that you would like to purchase, you could request a sample copy via emailinfo@dianasoh.com.

If you have purchased the wrong product or the wrong number of products and would like to exchange it for the right ones, please make your request via email. The price difference will first have to be credited or debited before you can receive the exchanged product(s).
